How To Play Wordle
Wordle is a simple word game with simple rules. The ease of play, ease of sharing, and quick puzzles made it go viral in early 2022. Not everyone has had a chance to play this little game though, so here is a breakdown of all the rules and a little bit of a strategy.

First, players will want to come up with a starting Wordle word. In order to make a great word, however, players will need to know the basics of the rules as well as what makes a great starter.
Wordle answers never repeat and are never plural nouns ending in S or ES, though these can be used as guesses. Answers are always five letters and real words that are proper nouns. Wordle starters should have a variety of letters common to Wordle puzzles. These words have to be real words and five letters long.
Type the starter into the Wordle website and press enter. This will cause the letters to change colors.
Green = correct and in the right place. Gray = incorrect; these won’t be in the final word of the day. Yellow = The letters are right but in the wrong place(s) in the word.
With these clues, players need to keep trying new words five more times, getting new clues each time. Puzzles reset daily at the player’s local time of midnight.
